From start to finish, Tom has his act together. He
first starts out with some very helpful forms to help you
organize
your thoughts and help present the sale of your home
in its best possible light. He comes back to look at
the house with a critical eye so that you can fix things
that will make a more favorable impression on potential
buyers. He makes sure that the well-recognized Russell & Jeffcoat
sign is promptly put up in front. That little holder
for handouts for drive-by customers was used a lot. That
is the form of advertising many people are aware of,
but Tom also has his own web site and advertises in other
magazines to get the word out about your sale. He and
his staff work long hours and are easily reachable. This
was especially handy for us since we were relocating
to Massachusetts. Good communications was extremely important.
They negotiate with the buyer to reach a reasonable price
and close the deal. In my case, they even acted as power
of attorney because we had already relocated.
Tom had been the listing agent for this house a year
ago. Tom's experience and professionalism was noticeably
