The Team Concept

The Team Concept in Real Estate. . .

Real estate sales as a profession has been changing recently.
Real estate brokers have been around for hundreds of years, matching buyers with sellers to sell property. Very little has changed, until recently.

Lately, REALTORS® have been responding to a variety of market forces, including new laws, an expanding economy, inflation, increasing costs, the internet and consumer demand for service. Most agents have responded by adding disclaimers, charging higher fees, delivering less service, or specializing in a particular market niche. Many simply provide the best service they can and hope for the best!

A relatively new concept is the team.
The most common business model is a single agent with one or more assistants. The assistants perform the less important tasks. These assistants usually quit within months, and new unqualified assistants take over. The process continues, and the service is not consistent.

Another business model is the teaming of two agents, each providing full service to the consumer. The benefit is that someone is generally available 7 days a week.

The Ashburn Group . . . a unique concept.
The Ashburn Group consists of a group of specialists. Each specialist knows his or her area best. Three licensed agents, each highly experienced, plus 2 unlicensed staff members work together with specialists in other industries to deliver superior service to all of our clients. Each client will work with a group of team members on each transaction, receiving the very best advice and service that can be delivered.
