To become a Certified Relocation Specialist, there are some things that a real estate agent must do. We're happy to tell you about our credentials and what that means to you!

We are Certified Relocation Specialists. Tom has completed annual training, meets rigorous annual production requirements (equal to the Columbia Million Dollar Club requirements), and consistently delivers superior service transferees.

We are Certified Relocation Specialists, as awarded by the ERC -- The Employee Relocation Council. This certification is awarded annually to those real estate agents who demonstrate superior ability and service in the relocation industry.

As Accredited Buyers Representatives, Tom is also qualified to assist HomeBuyers relocating to another city or state. As part of the training as an ABR, these agents have committed to deliver the very best possible service to a relocating Home Buyer and his or her family.
