Follow up with strict attention to the details necessary to successfully obtain financing, complete the recommended inspections, and draw the transaction to a pleasant closing.
After the sale availability to all clients for future real estate questions and needs. Periodic contact to keep our clients up to date on "the market", including real estate tax tips, refinancing news when appropriate, current market values and real estate as an investment.
